- Recovery and readiness — correlates sleep quality, HRV, and stress with training outcomes to tell you when to push and when to back off.
- Training-load monitoring — tracks how your fitness responds to different training, grounded in established sports science.
- AI coaching — ask about your training and get answers informed by your actual data, not generic advice.
