These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the software, services, and digital products ("Products") provided by 10yx OÜ ("Company"), a private limited company registered in Estonia. By accessing or using our Products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use our Products.
1. Prohibited use

Customers may not use our Products for commercial purposes without prior permission from the Company.
1.2 AI and machine learning
Users may not use our Products to train AI, machine-learning models, or any similar technology.
2. Sanctioned entities
Users associated with currently sanctioned entities are prohibited from using our Products.
3. Restrictions on behaviour
Users may not engage in abusive behaviour, illegal activity, malicious actions (e.g. hacking), theft, copyright infringement, fraud, or any other conduct that violates applicable laws and regulations.
4. Protection of IT systems
Users may not harm our IT systems, including by distributing viruses, sending excessive requests, or introducing harmful code.
5. Theft and unauthorised access
Users may not crawl, scrape, or spider our web pages or services, or attempt to obtain the source code of our services. Any form of theft or unauthorised access is strictly forbidden.
6. Governing law
In the event of any disputes, the laws of Estonia shall govern the resolution process.
7. Amendment of terms
The Company may change these Terms without seeking fresh consent. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest version.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 Third-party content
The Company is not responsible for any third-party content on our website.
8.2 Use at your own risk
Users access our website, products, and services at their own risk.
8.3 No liability for losses
The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from a person's use of our website, products, or services.
9. Termination
The Company may terminate access to our services, or prohibit purchases, if a user violates any part of this Agreement.
10. Warranties

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
10.2 Product descriptions and quality
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions or quality; inadvertent misdescriptions may occur.
11. Intellectual property
11.1 Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Products — software, designs, trademarks, and copyrights — are owned by the Company.
11.2 Trademarks and logos
To use 10yx trademarks, a customer must abide by all of 10yx's trademark guidelines.
11.3 Usage of images
Users may not use any images found on our pages for any purpose without prior written permission.
12. Confidentiality
Users may have access to confidential information of the Company while using our Products. Users agree to keep it confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
13. Force majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, riots, acts of war, epidemics, or power, telecommunication, or network failures.
14. Publicity
14.1 Use of company name
By using our Products, users grant the Company permission to use their organisation's name to identify them as a customer in promotional materials.
14.2 Revocation
Users may revoke this permission by hiding their organisation's name from public display and notifying the Company in writing.
15. Waiver of right to sue and class action
By purchasing our products or viewing our website, users acknowledge they have agreed to these Terms and waive any right to sue the Company or participate in a class action against it.
