Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of our software, services, and digital products ("Products") provided by 10yx OÜ ("Company"), a private limited company registered in Estonia. By accessing or using our Products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use our Products.

1. Prohibited Use

Customers are prohibited from using our Products for commercial purposes without obtaining prior permission from the Company.

1.2 AI and Machine Learning

Users are strictly prohibited from using our Products to train AI, machine learning models, or any similar technology.

2. Sanctioned Entities

Users associated with currently sanctioned entities are prohibited from using our Products.

3. Restrictions on Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in abusive behavior, illegal activity, unlawful acts, crimes, malicious actions (e.g., hacking), theft, copyright infringement, fraud, or any other behavior that violates applicable laws and regulations.

4. Protection of IT Systems

Users are prohibited from harming our IT systems, including but not limited to distributing viruses, sending excessive requests to our site or platform, or introducing any harmful computer code.

5. Theft and Unauthorized Access

Users are prohibited from crawling, scraping, spidering any of our web pages or services, or attempting to obtain the source code of our services. Any form of stealing or unauthorized access is strictly forbidden.

6. Governing Law

In the event of any disputes, the laws of Estonia shall govern the resolution process.

7. Amendment of Terms

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without seeking fresh consent from customers. It is the responsibility of users to review the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Third-Party Content

The Company is not responsible for any third-party content on our website.

8.2 Use at Your Own Risk

Users access our website, products, and services at their own risk.

8.3 No Liability for Losses

The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising out of a person's use of our website, products, or services.

9. Termination

All intellectual property rights in and to the Products, including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, and copyrights, are owned by the Company.

11.2 Trademarks and Logos

If Customer would like to use 10yx trademarks, Customer must abide by all of 10yx's trademark guidelines.

11.3 Usage of Images

Users are prohibited from using any images found on our webpage for any purposes without prior written permission from the Company.

12. Confidentiality

12.1 Confidential Information

Users acknowledge that during the course of using our Products, they may have access to confidential information of the Company. Users agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent from the Company.

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, epidemics, or power, telecommunication, or network failures.

14. Publicity

14.1 Use of Company Name

By using our Products, users grant the Company permission to use their company's or organization's name to identify them as a customer of the Company in promotional materials.

14.2 Revocation of Permission

Users may revoke this permission by hiding their company's or organization's name from public display and notifying the Company in writing to stop using their organization's name in promotional materials.

15. Waiver of Right to Sue and Class Action

By purchasing our products or viewing our website, users acknowledge and agree that they have signed the Terms and Conditions contract, and they waive any right to sue the Company or participate in a class action lawsuit against the Company.

16. Usage of Images

Users are prohibited from using any images found on our webpage for any purposes without prior written permission from the Company.
